For Hepatitis Awareness Week, Jailbreak airs some of the perspectives of speakers presenting at an important forum titled: "Needle Exchange Programs in Australian Prisons - Making it Happen"; hosted in Canberra by the Australian Injecting and Illicit Drug Users' League (AIVL) on May 20.
